January 6 committee co-chair Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) released an extended clip of former White House lawyer Eric Herschmann’s testimony in which he said he warned conservative attorney John Eastman who advised the Trump campaign to back off plans to file appeals in Georgia based on the election results after the events of January 6, 2021.
